Additionally, because your customers have benefitted in the past by the other Protection Plan, we will grandfather those customers under the new Petra product warranty.
Retention – Our products and programs maximize customer retention. If the customer starts to go elsewhere for a service, you have probably lost them. Retention comes in the form of warranties, which for which the customer must return to your dealerships for service to maintain their warranties.
